Peter Neuberg leaves Coromatic and Peter Wågström is appointed Interim Group CEO, effective from 16 October 2026

Peter Neuberg has decided to leave his role as Group CEO of Coromatic. Peter Wågström assumes the role as Interim Group CEO while the recruitment of a permanent successor is underway.

Peter Wågström, Civil Engineer from KTH (Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm), former NCC CEO, brings over 30 years of leadership experience and a proven track record of driving change in complex Nordic businesses.

“My four years at Coromatic have been immensely rewarding and enjoyable. Knowing that the company is now well positioned for the future, I have concluded that this is the right time for me to hand over the leadership and the opportunity for someone else to lead Coromatic into its next chapter. I am convinced that this is the best decision for both Coromatic and me, says Peter Neuberg.”

“I would like to thank Peter Neuberg for his strong commitment and valuable contribution to Coromatic, developing and implementing a new strategy and driving transformation. I am also very pleased to welcome the new Interim Group CEO, Peter Wågström. His experience and expertise, will help ensure continuity and support the company’s continued development during this transition period,” says Charlotte Reidhav, Chief Operating Officer of E.ON EIS Nordic.

Coromatic is currently in a strong position, with significant growth and new opportunities ahead. The company’s strategic direction remains unchanged, with a continued focus on customers, partners, employees and operational excellence.
