New Survey reveals high customer satisfaction
Our customers recently gave us excellent ratings on the annual Nordic customer satisfaction survey.
Coromatic has always been surveying our customers. To understand our customers’ expectations in which areas we succeed and how we can improve, is vital for business development. Therefore, we are happy to learn that our customers give us an average rating of 8 out of 10 points.
Like all companies we have areas to improve, yet the results clearly prove that our customers perceive Coromatic as a provider of high quality products and services. We genuinely believe that delivering excellent service is all about helping customers efficiently in a competent and friendly manner.
