We believe that protecting personal data is important, and our aim is to design our website with respect for our visitors’ integrity. Our basic principle is to not process more personal data than necessary, and to use the least integrity-sensitive data.
The personal data we collect and how we use it

When visiting the website and when downloading documents, we automatically process your information which, in some circumstances, may include personal data. This includes data about time, date, the downloaded file, the file size, the volume of data transferred, web browser, language settings, operating system, referring domain and IP address. The purpose in processing this type of information is to provide an interesting, secure and user-friendly website.
Legal basis
The legal basis for our processing of personal data is a legitimate interest in marketing our services and products, to communicate with customers, suppliers and other parties, as well as offering an interesting, secure and user-friendly website.
In some cases the legal basis is that the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a contract or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
In respect of cookies, the legal basis is consent. Further information about this processing is provided in the section below on cookies and similar technology.
Storage period
We generally do not store personal data longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing. We also delete personal data if you request it to be removed or if we are informed that the personal data we process is out of date.
Transfer to a third party
Our basic principle is to not provide personal data to an independent third party if it is not necessary in order to fullfil our obligations either in law or according to a contract. The recipients who may gain access to your personal data are related companies such as other companies within our group and our suppliers in fields such as information security, IT, shipping and logistics, finance and marketing.
We do not sell your personal data, nor do we allow any third party, for any reason, to use for their own purposes, personal data that has been provided to us. The exception is certain technical information which, in specific circumstances, is shared with third parties as detailed below.

Our security system has been developed to protect against hacking, destruction and other incidents that may mean a compromise of integrity. The personal data submitted in forms on our website is protected through encryption during transfer to our servers.
With the aim of maintaining good information security, we use Google’s reCAPTCHA solution to determine whether it is a human or software that is attempting to send information to us. Your IP address and other data such as device and software details, necessary for reCAPTCHA to function, is transferred to Google Inc. After transfer, the information is covered by Google’s confidentiality terms and conditions.
Transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA
We normally only process personal data within the EU/EEA. However, in certain situations, your personal data and technical information may be transferred to recipients outside the EU/EEA having an adequate level of personal data protection. In exceptional circumstances, personal data may also be transferred to recipients outside the EU/EEA without an adequate level of personal data protection. This will only be done after we have taken specific security measures.
